Ok, so this post indicates the scheduling of my life. Obviously blogging does NOT take priority. I’ve been busy busy busy so I apologize for not posting pics! I have a free evening tomorrow, so I shall try to post some to make up for the past…..10 DAYS?! holy crap, I AM BEHIND!
I shall do so, though! But not tonight. Must. Finish. Grad. Application. now.
Shoot Day #1!!! Holy moly! I’m feeling a plethora of feelings…a lot of them not so great. I just have to remind myself that things will get better. lol but that’s just about me…actually the shoot is going really well thus far! Food is the main thing on my mind….gah why do I produce AND do craft services?!?
The pic today is one I took on my birthday, as I took no shots today. I shall tomorrow! It’s my kitty Oliver.
Photo Shoot Morning! I became the photographer….unfortunately I had no lights, so it’s a bit dark, but I hope the pics turn out. Thank you photoshop. Below are some pics from my day, of course. Johnny made the day brighter….lol it was actually quite gloomy today. The highlight was helping Robyn pick-up a couch from the Bloor St. Value Village. Hilarious!!!!!
Actually, the big highlight was where we shot the photo shoot…the main floor of the house that Robyn lives in. GORGEOUS! Everything I could ever want in a house, and it was huge!!! The ceilings were so high. It was actually featured in The Toronto Star as the house has a great history behind it, apparently (I don’t know it, but I’ve been told it has). I hope Robyn’s landlady writes her book, because I’d love to read it.

Happy Birthday to me!!! 22 years old. This blog is coming in late, as I had a very long day on the 5th and went straight to bed as soon as I got home from Oshawa. I had a very lovely birthday, and thank all the people that made it special. A few pics! There were so many to choose from, so there are more than one, obv. That’s right, Kyle. So, I couldn’t wait to post another picture, and technically it is a new day, although it doesn’t feel like it. I bought a digital camera in September to document nuit blanche, and haven’t used it much. I love taking photos, and I’m very happy that this blog project will allow me to use my camera everyday! So I’m posting 3 of my favourite photos taken within 30mins. They’re all from parts of my apartment, as one of my friend’s described as “it’s katty”. So I guess the apartment embodies everything that is “me”. Hell, who am I?! I don’t want to be the person I was last year…what a wreck that turned out to be, at least for me.

This day marks one in which I woke up many times…hard to explain, and a lot of it I don’t think I can. This is why, partly, the blog was created. Sitting at the gas station, realized my camera was in the glove compartment. Took the picture while my Dad pumped gas (I DID offer to). Decided to start this blog, and make a year-long commitment to it by posting one picture every day.
And as a bonus, and to try out Photoshop CS filters, I’ll post a composite of each photo. Who knows what will come of this blog! But please post your comments, and the whatnot. Who knows what the new year will bring, but I hope it’s only good things and excellent learning experiences. -Kathleen
